Repairing the big church

Sorry for being away but I had some difficulty with my program I use for viewing my photos and had to reload it again and had some problems there as well.

I was in downtown Guelph today doing some errands and I was surprised to see the Our Lady Immaculate Church all surrounded with scaffolding. Not a very picturesque site for sure. If you click on the link you will see it right after they cleaned it last year.

It was raining quite heavily today but I jumped out of the car and snapped quickly stopping the traffic. Thus the horrible sky!

I love that they are taking care of this gorgeous structure. Cleaning it? Repairing it?

I think that they are repairing something. Not sure though. They cleaned it a couple of years ago.

Huh. This is almost exactly what Notre Dame looked like when I visited it in Paris- especially with the scaffolding on the... er... bell towers...? The side tower thingies.
