Old Houses on Waterloo St.

I thought that after showing you that lovely large stone house on this street, that I'd also show you a couple of others that are to the east of the Guelph Museum.
These houses were probably built in the latter part of the 1800's and one is constructed with the stone so prevalent here in this city and the other is probably a wood frame with stucco over top (but I'm not sure about that).
I like the blue trim and especially the trim over the door. To me, it's so neat and tidy. I hope you like it too.
By the way, the little puppy is settling in and for his age, it's wonderful to see the border collie traits already being shown by him. Of course, Geordie, my other border collie, doesn't know about this new addition to our family and right now he's tolerating him but I'm sure that they'll get on just fine in time. Geordie is 12 years old and that's the reason my family thought I should get another so that Geordie could help train it.
If you're interested, here's a couple of photos of Geordie and Gyp.

You live in a lovely area Pat and your puppy is just precious. I'm sure in time the two dogs will be inseparatable.
Nice photo and your narrative is interesting too. Glad the puppy is doing OK.
