On the way home to Guelph yesterday from Bramalea, I spied this house for sale. No one lives in it at the moment.

Can't guess; won't guess. Real estate prices are out-of-sight, or so I think. The sky is lovely--a beautiful blue.

Real estate prices are so far out of whack. My son just bought in Bowmanville where prices are a little lower, but it means a long commute to work.

I haven't a clue since prices are so out of whack from one end of the country to the other. I love the wrap around porch. It really looks homey.
I'd say about A LOT more than I've got! hehe
Depending on the land, I'd say 1 million for an acre or two, up to 2 million if upwards of 100 acres (especially on the way from Brampton). So, any word? There's a house just outside of Rockwood (County Road 50) that was for sale - a cute little century home, nice barn, 69 acres - $750,000. But it sold last week, I think.
