Upside Down? Twisted? Inside Out?

I can hardly figure out this little bird! It seems so twisted in the way it is hanging upside down. It was making such a squawking noise out on the feeder--I believe to keep others away from the seeds.

Great shot Pat. This little chap must be greedy wanting all that seed to himself!

Pretty little goldfinch, excellent capture! He is the only bird who visits out thistle feeder so we don;t need the upside down feeder.

That's a fantastic close up shot - I wonder why it felt it had to contort itself though!

What an agile little finch! Lovely close-up; I don't have the patience or equipment to create shots like this, but it doesn't really matter... because I can delight in yours! :)
