Oh, this water is so cold!
I was down at the Covered Bridge the other day and on a wee bit of the Speed River that wasn't frozen over, it seemed as if he didn't want to get his feet wet or maybe he was saying that the water was so-o-o cold!!!
It's minue 18 C right now here in Guelph and our province has so many roads and highways closed due to blowing snow and so many accidents! I'm glad I am in the house tonight and yes, I felt sorry for this little guy!

Very cute. I think what catches our eye is that something extra-- if it was just a duck standing there it wouldn't have been as interesting, but with the one foot up..it gives it that something extra!

I at first thought, DANCE. Then I realized how cold it was. It might be difficult to feel free enough to dance in frigid weather. But what a wonderful photo, Pat.
