The Athletic Club

Gained weight over Christmas?

Here's the place for you!

The Athletic Club

Many here in Guelph were so happy to watch the construction of this building and many made plans to join The Athletic Club. I'd love to be a member as there are swimming pools, tracks, and many, many features that would interest us all.

There was far too much snow the last few days so today I went to a photo on a "snowless day in December" to post here for you all.

tout cela me fait penser, qu'il va falloir que je me remette a mes exercices, on trouve toujours des excuses pendant l'hiver, mais a un moment il faut reprendre ;o) très bonne idée la carte dans ton post.

All this makes me think, it will take me back to my exercises, you can always find excuses for the winter, but a moment we must resume; o) very good idea map in your post.

Well, if I had to come all the way to Ontario to the athletic club, I would have walked off all the excess during the 2500 miles there and wouldn't need to join. ;^) Fun photo for today, Pat.

Nice photo. We have several new YMCAs here or around here. Membership starts at $500.00 a year.

A reminder that I need to start walking when warm weather returns. My arthritis will rebel but it is best.

That place looks great, a comfortable gym to make us more healthy. Is it expensive?

I'd like to join a gym but I'm to lazy! I used to be lethargic but now I can't be bothered!!

Keeping fit: I have all the good intentions but fall short I guess thats one reason for joining a good fitness centre. I've been coasting along with the blog and out of town committments have stood in the way a bit.

it looks like a very nice warm place to go when it's cold outside... what happened to the snow? has it melted?
