Want to buy a freezer or fridge?

.

Located on the banks of the Speed River, stands the huge W.C.Woods freezer plant.

Guelph is proud to have as one of its largest companies, a freezer company which is probably the largest manufacturer of freezers in Canada and maybe North America.
W. C. Wood Company is a family owned business with both second and third generation members of the family active in the Company.

great to see family business striving - I imagine during this time ofthe year freezers are in less demand? hmmm

Very nice shot with those trees.

Pretty shot. It looks like the water level on the river is really high, with all the recent snow.

Not toomany family businesses make it the way the Wood Company has. Great pictures and I like the river spillway post too.

So if I understand good the name of the family who rule the firma is Wood and what they buy are freezers. Guelph is also town of the cold, of the cold weather and of the firma which sell cold ! But I guess it is warmer in summer so that they can sell their freezers.
Perharps if they would sell wood in winter, they would have whole year good affairs.
