We shall endeavour to post a new photo every day in and around the City of Guelph during the year. We will try to get photos of places around Guelph that you would like to see so please just request this.
I enjoyed a lovely walk this evening in the woods behind my son's home. I enjoyed viewing all of the lush green now showing on all the trees and bushes. It was delightful.
I did write about how people used to wear long underwear over winter or until we began to stink. You can find the link at the bottom of the post today.
I finally made it over Pat with time to comment, rather than just the quick look-in last Friday. thanks, BTW for your visit. Re. this leafy path, I just want you to know how much I wish I had this, or something similar near enough to do that very simple thing - take a walk in the woods. In all of the town I live in, there is only one place where you can actually walk under trees for a couple of minutes - the municipal garden, next to the river. It doesn't inspire at all. Not at all. They didn't bring their brains when they thought about planning this town. Hmm.
Would you like to see YOUR photo of Guelph (or around the area) in this blog? Please email me with your photo (send a large one--around 1200 or more pixels wide) and a short description of where your photo was taken and I'd be happy to post it for you with credits to you.
Please put "Guelph Daily Photo" on the Subject line of your email.

A walk in the lush woods sounds so inviting. Nice picture of a lovely day.
