Never saw the flower of the rhubarb before. Actually very pretty. Does it turn pink? I see some on the stalk or stem.
Funny, but I pick away at once, if some flowers are coming , because I think, rhubarbs are going week after blooming. Am I quite wrong??

I've only seen rhubarbs at the grocery stores. So I'm surprised to see that it flowers too.
I have had some strawberry and rhubarb pies but I don't necessarily recall the taste of rhubarbs. All I could taste was the strawberries.
