A Walk in the Woods

I enjoyed a lovely walk this evening in the woods behind my son's home. I enjoyed viewing all of the lush green now showing on all the trees and bushes. It was delightful.

The colors are really nice in your photo. The green is really intense. Great job!!

Interesting path construction detail.

I didn't do much today but...

I did write about how people used to wear long underwear over winter or until we began to stink. You can find the link at the bottom of the post today.

I finally made it over Pat with time to comment, rather than just the quick look-in last Friday. thanks, BTW for your visit.
Re. this leafy path, I just want you to know how much I wish I had this, or something similar near enough to do that very simple thing - take a walk in the woods.
In all of the town I live in, there is only one place where you can actually walk under trees for a couple of minutes - the municipal garden, next to the river. It doesn't inspire at all. Not at all. They didn't bring their brains when they thought about planning this town. Hmm.
