Fiddleheads
On my trip to St. Jacob's Market, we saw lots of fiddleheads and I bought some and so enjoyed them.
Have you ever eaten fiddleheads?
Do you like them?

Hi Everyone... Today I posted more about fiddleheads. And I put in a link to a website from Maine, USA which would be almost the same information for us here in Canada.
I remember listening to a book on tape by Stephen King about a little girl lost in the forest and she survived by eating fiddleheads; we had no idea what they were! are they good?

I like this photo. I have never seen then in markets anywhere around Ohio that I have been. It must be sold in select places.

ReplyDeleteI'm amzed. I never heard of them being eaten, but I'm well aware of them growing...then, my wife tells me she's eaten them here in England. That's a weird rareity!
