Upside Down? Twisted? Inside Out?

I can hardly figure out this little bird! It seems so twisted in the way it is hanging upside down. It was making such a squawking noise out on the feeder--I believe to keep others away from the seeds.

  7. Pretty little goldfinch, excellent capture! He is the only bird who visits out thistle feeder so we don;t need the upside down feeder.
